Bubbles

For our assignment this past week we went outside for a photo shoot to blow bubbles. It was a lot of fun to take the pictures of everyone and the bubbles.

Derivative

We had to take someone else's picture, like a photographer and redo his picture as best as we could, so i decided to do one of Keith Carter's pictures.

 Keith Carter's picture.

my picture. I had to add the hands in there and then change the color of it. The background is a little different then his, but I think it still looks nice.

My typical day

We had to take pictures all day long of what we do all day for our assignment. I did take a couple of me, but I hate pictures of me so not too many. I took pictures of my day all day, but my day was pretty boring.
My typical day includes waking up, then shower and brushing my teeth, then that is me after my shower. After my shower I do my make-up, then do my laundry. After that I went for a walk to my aunt's house, I had breakfast/lunch at her house. Then it was nap time for children while all the older kids and adults watched a movie. After nap time and the movie was over then I have to chase the little kids around. After we go back home I clean my rabbits cage so that she can mess it up again and I feed them. I have my dinner which consisted of ham sandwich and chocolate milk. After dinner I went on the computer for a little bit and finally went and brushed my teeth and went to bed. So yeah my day the day I decided to take my pictures was extremely boring.

Arboretum Field Trip!!!!

Last Friday we went to the arboretum for a field trip to get some  pictures. I took a lot of pictures, but narrowed it down to a few that I really like.
I like this dandelion because of how sharp it is. I cropped this photo and then changed it to black and white.
Shutter: 1/80
Aperture: f/4.5
Focal Length: 12.71 mm
ISO Speed: 160

I like this photo because the flower is so bright and the picture is not straight on, it's from a different angle. I like how it's so blurry in the back that you can't tell what is back there.
Shutter: 1/50
Aperture: f/5.0
Focal Length: 40.2 mm
ISO Speed: 200
This picture is my favorite out of all of them because I like that it looks sort of like glass with leaves stuck in it.
Shutter: 1/15
Aperture: f/5.0
Focal Length: 45.33 mm
ISO Speed: 200
I like this picture because of how sharp it is and how you can see the "veins" in the leaves, it is also a different angle then we usually see.
Shutter: 1/60
Aperture: f/3.4
Focal Length: 5 mm
ISO Speed: 80
I like this picture also because the leaves are so sharp and you can see so much detail in them. I converted this picture to black and white and cropped some of it.
Shutter: 1/60
Aperture: f/3.4
Focal Length: 5 mm
ISO Speed: 160
I really like this picture because of the reflection of the trees and the water. I also changed the color to black and white.
Shutter: 1/125
Aperture: f/4.5
Focal Length: 18.75 mm
ISO Speed: 160

I really like this picture, but I don't know why it just interests me.
Shutter: 1/6
Aperture: f/4.0
Focal Length: 10.07 mm
ISO Speed: 200
I really like this spider picture because you can see him/her so clearly.
Shutter: 1/60
Aperture: f/3.5
Focal Length: 5.71 mm
ISO Speed: 100

I really like the shape of this plant and how the color is so bright and the background is so dull with brown leaves.
Shutter: 1/80
Aperture: f/4.5
Focal Length: 16.39 mm
ISO Speed: 200

I really like how the water droplets are just on the tips of the leaves.
Shutter: 1/20
Aperture: f/3.4
Focal Length: 5 mm
ISO Speed: 200

More light and shadows but better

This is Sheldon, he is a pit-bull puppy out at the humane society, but since he is a puppy he won't last long. He is extremely hyper and energetic so he is fun to photograph. This is another light and shadow picture but way better then the last couple I put up.
Shutter: 1/324
Aperture: f/5.6
Focal Length: 6.2 mm
ISO Speed: 50
This is Sheldon again with another light and shadow.

Light and Shadows

This weekends assignment was light and shadows, but the main focus is the shadows. The pictures I took were definitely  not my favorite photography pictures, but they are not the worst.

I was just sitting in my room and I couldn't decide what I was going to do for light and shadows and I saw the shadow behind the radio.
Shutter: 1/60
Aperture: f/5.2
Focal Length: 18.6 mm
ISO Speed: 100
This is probably my favorite out of my shadow pictures, it is a salt block for the horses.
Shadow: 1/369
Aperture: f/8.5
Focal Length: 12.8 mm
ISO Speed: 50
This is a really bad one and not very good but it is feathers from a pillow of mine that are pink against a pink wall, but it had shadows.
Shutter: 1/60
Aperture: f/2.8
Focal Length: 6.2 mm
ISO Speed: 100
